@flowers Get Started
@flowers Events · For independent florists

We're bringing events to your shop.

Couples and planners have started asking AI assistants — not directories — where to get event flowers. Someone is going to own that answer. We're building the pipes so it's a local florist: you. Weddings, funerals, corporate accounts, and everything between.

The demand is moving. The old players can't follow it.

Every year, shops pay directories thousands for shared leads. Meanwhile, a new channel is opening — and it's empty.

The crowded water: directories

  • Premium listings run $3,000–$8,000+ per year
  • 12-month contracts you can't exit
  • Your lead is blasted to every competitor who pays
  • Built for venues and photographers — florists are an afterthought

Everyone is here, and everyone is paying for it.

The open water: AI assistants

  • Planning conversations are moving into ChatGPT and AI search
  • No directory owns this channel — nobody does, yet
  • @flowers is building the intake, the structured data, and the ad presence to capture it for local shops
  • Verified briefs, routed to a maximum of 3 florists — never a blast

We're charting it first, with our partners.

How it works

You run your shop. We hunt the demand.

1

Join free

Tell us your shop, your area, and the event work you want. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

2

We generate verified briefs

We capture event requests through AI channels and our own intake, verify the human behind each one, and structure it so you can actually quote from it — date, location, budget range, confirmed contact.

3

You see the price. You decide.

Every brief arrives priced, with a preview. Accept it and the contact details unlock — the client is yours to win. Pass, and it costs you nothing.

What lands in your inbox

Not a name and a phone number that rings dead. A verified, structured brief — contact confirmed and budget stated before it ever reaches you — with the price on the front, not buried in a monthly bill.

If a brief doesn't meet the verification bar, it isn't delivered — and nobody pays for it.

Dynamic per-brief pricing

Priced like the lead is worth — never like a subscription. A $4,000 wedding brief and a $300 birthday brief aren't the same lead, so they aren't the same price.

See it. Accept it. Or pass.

The price is on every brief, before you commit to anything.

Celebrations & sympathy$15–30
Weddings & galas$40–80
Corporate accounts$75–250

Illustrative pilot ranges. For context: shared, unverified wedding leads on general marketplaces already run $47–$80 — blasted to 4–5 competitors, no refunds. Ours are verified, capped at 3 shops, and free to pass on.

Pilot terms, stated plainly: this program is new, and pricing will move as we learn what briefs are worth in each market — up or down, at any time. Your protection is structural: the price is on every brief before you accept it, passing costs nothing, and you can leave whenever you like. Leads begin as demand goes live in your area; you will never be charged before a brief you accepted exists.

Every event, not just weddings

Weddings are the headline. The steady money is everything else.

Weddings

Bouquets, ceremony installs, receptions.

Funerals & sympathy

Urgent timelines — the fastest kind reply wins the order.

Corporate accounts

Weekly office and lobby florals. One won brief can pay you every month, indefinitely.

Galas & banquets

Planners with real budgets and repeat needs.

Celebrations

Birthdays, showers, anniversaries, proposals.

Everything else

If it needs flowers, we want it landing in your inbox.

Straight answers

What exactly is a "verified brief"?

A structured event request — event type, date, location, budget range, and notes — where the contact has been confirmed as a real, reachable person: email confirmed, phone confirmed by text code, and the request screened for bots, duplicates, and nonsense budgets before it's sent to anyone. If it doesn't meet that bar, it's not delivered and nobody is billed.

How does the pricing actually work?

Each brief is priced individually based on event type, timing, and market — and the price is printed on the brief before you accept it. Accept, and you're billed that amount and the contact details unlock. Pass, and it costs nothing. During the pilot, pricing can change at any time as we learn each market; the accept-or-pass model means a price change never costs you a dollar you didn't agree to. Brief prices can also drop the longer a brief goes unaccepted — but event leads are perishable, so waiting for a discount usually means competing later or not at all.

What if a brief misrepresents the event?

Tell us. If a brief materially misstates what the event is, we credit it back — and repeat misrepresenters are blocked from submitting again. We'd rather eat a bad lead than bill you for one.

When do leads actually start?

Honestly: when demand goes live in your area. We're building this market by market rather than promising national volume on day one. Founding members are first in line as their metro activates, and you'll never be charged before a brief you accepted exists.

How many shops see each brief?

A maximum of three, chosen by proximity and fit. Never a mass blast. Fewer shops per lead means each one is worth answering fast.

Do I have to be an @flowers storefront partner?

No. Any independent local shop can join. Storefront partners save 20% on every brief, and if you're curious what the storefront program is, we're happy to show you — but it's not required.

Why do you keep talking about AI?

Because that's where planning conversations are going. People now ask AI assistants where to get event flowers, and no directory owns that answer yet. We're building the presence, structured data, and advertising to capture that demand while it's still open water — and routing it to local shops instead of national order gatherers.
